Well, so much for my 2 weeks in the sun! No sooner had I left the UK than out government placed France on the at risk lists, meaning I would need to quarantine for 14 days upon my return.
So, after some frantic messaging and a few days of worry, hotels dates got changed, and our crossing back to the UK was changed. We're now all at home, enjoying the british weather through the window, but at least the kids will be able to return to school on time.
This time has however given me an opportunity to sift through a lot of Neil's work. There are some ideas that had only just begun to take shape and a few that are over half way to completion!
The one project that has caught my eye is his interpretation of the Marseille Tarot, taking the classic image and giving it an aged appearance to make it suited to other Malpertuis decks.
I'd love to know your thoughts on this, is it something I should consider pursuing? Would anybody be interested in owning a copy?
